Duties

- Assist in sterile processing and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support senior care initiatives, focusing on the unique needs of elderly patients.
- Utilize the Axxess system for medical documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong skills in medical documentation and patient assessment.
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with pain management practices and critical care nursing is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Axxess, is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
