We now seek a Regional Automation Support Specialist based in Evansville, IN, to expand our dynamic team.

• Orchestrate the flawless setup and ongoing performance of our sophisticated machinery at client sites.
• Travel extensively across North America, including Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky, often involving multi-day on-site commitments.
• Act as the frontline for troubleshooting phenomena, equipping clients with transformative insights into the operation and maintenance of our solutions.
• Ensure impeccable service documentation and resolution follow-ups to maintain standards and integrate feedback loops.
