Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time

• Monitor and record resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN Supervisor

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and CNAs to deliver quality resident care

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

• Provide emotional support to residents and families

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (in good standing)

• Prior experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
