Job Description
The Internal Control Analyst provides internal control services and system support to users and administrators of Supply Chain Systems. The analyst will manage master files, coordinate master file synchronization, provide education services, and support system managers to maintain integrity of the master Supply Chain Systems.

Major Responsibilities
· Adhere to the current policies and procedures, which apply to the responsibilities and accountabilities of this position
· Promote and coordinate standardization of application development, maintenance, and support for Supply Chain System in the division
· Coordinate maintenance of the Supply Chain Systems master files
· Maintain appropriate documentation for all master file change requests.
· Perform requested master file additions and changes in accordance with policies accurately and timely
· Communicate and Coordinate system enhancements
· Provide direction, guidance, and support to facility Supply Chain Managers
· Conduct problem analysis and provide resolution
· Maintain contact with Supply Chain system users at each facility
· Document and monitor project plans, change requests, and system problems and communicate resolution
· Function as technical resource for Supply Chain Systems in the markets supported
· Provide training and support as requested to the hospital Supply Chain, Nursing, I.S., other hospital users, and corporate users
· Oversee and participate in testing of enhancements and new releases of the Supply Chain system
· Coordinate the development and installation of Supply Chain systems for new facilities
· Provide custom reporting support to market facilities, division office and corporate
· Research and complete special projects and tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or others in a timely manner
· Demonstrate proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software applications

Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or higher
3-7 years of supply chain management or related experience
