Seeking an experienced Radiology Specialist Assistant – Interventional Radiology to provide advanced patient care and procedural support under physician supervision. The role includes assisting with fluoroscopic studies, biopsies (US/CT-guided), joint injections, paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drain placements, and breast procedures, while ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.
Must be comfortable managing pre/post-procedure care, patient assessments, and emergency response, while collaborating with radiologists and clinical teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of radiologic safety, sterile technique, and workflow coordination required.
Certifications required: ARRT (Radiography) + AHA BLS (ACLS preferred; advanced certifications such as RRA/RA/PA with radiology focus preferred)
