Pediatrician
A Pediatrician is needed in Cuba, NY.
PCR invites you to explore an opportunity with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a 50-town rural region in western New York and Pennsylvania. This role offers full-spectrum pediatric primary care, serving newborns through adolescents in an outpatient setting with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary:
- $246,000 for a five-day clinic schedule
- $205,000 for a four-day clinic schedule
- Compensation based on experience

Responsibilities
- Outpatient pediatric care – Providing preventive, chronic, and acute care for patients from infancy through adolescence
- Phone call-only schedule – Approximately 5 call days per month (after-hours, physicians serve as third string)
- Work-life balance – No weekends required, but optional weekend shifts available
- Flexible scheduling – Full-time or part-time options available (4-day or 5-day clinic schedules)
- 1:1 staffing support – Work with a dedicated team to optimize patient care
- Procedures available – Physicians can perform in-office procedures based on experience and preference

Requirements:
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York
