Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Provide information about services, listings, and appointments

  • Schedule appointments and route requests to the appropriate team members

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed

  • Perform basic administrative tasks and data entry

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service or call-center experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable using computers, email, and office software

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
