Events Sales Specialist
We are looking for an Events Sales Specialist to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, and the ability to multitask, organize, and implement a wide variety of events.
Salary: Base: $42,000-$50,000 plus commission of 2%

Essential Functions:
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
- Make phone calls.
- Set face to face appointments.
- Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses
- Inviting prospects to sales events
- Attending networking events in the community to generate new business prospects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone.
Requirements:
- Must have Social Networking connections to be able to bring more clientele.
- Event planning experience
- Must be highly self-motivated and have a desire to excel in sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to multi-task
- Individuals must be coachable and possess a positive attitude.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- High logistics and organizational skills
- Be comfortable making cold calls on the phone.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule (holidays, evenings)
- Individuals must be comfortable making face-to-face sales presentations.
- Willingness/ability to work weekends.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and other marketing opportunities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- College Degree – bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or Events Coordinator Certification.
- Ability to work within the USA.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Valid US Passport and Driver's License
