LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a corporate office in Tempe, AZ that is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is an onsite position Monday through Friday. Pay range is $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, claimants, and partners. You’ll provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support across a range of insurance-related inquiries, including claims intake, policy updates, and billing questions. This role is essential to maintaining client satisfaction and upholding the company’s reputation for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from policyholders regarding claims, coverage, and billing.
- Guide customers through the claims process, including intake, documentation, and status updates.
- Use scripts and knowledge bases to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
- Assist with outbound calls for follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, or claim verifications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and company policy.
- Support special projects and seasonal call volume surges as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of customer service experience or administrative experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare industries.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
