Position Summary
The Talent Strategy & Acquisition Specialist is a dual-focused role responsible for driving both strategic succession planning and full-cycle recruitment across the organization. This individual will ensure a robust leadership pipeline while also attracting and hiring top talent for critical roles. Partnering with senior leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers, this role blends long-term talent strategy with immediate hiring needs to support organizational growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement enterprise-wide succession planning strategies aligned with business goals.
· Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and manufacturing roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
· Partner with executives and HRBPs to identify key roles and assess internal talent readiness.
· Facilitate talent reviews and create individual development plans for high-potential employees.
· Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
· Maintain and analyze talent data, including succession dashboards and recruitment metrics.
· Ensure alignment with DEI goals in both hiring and succession processes.
· Provide regular updates to senior leadership on talent pipeline health and hiring progress.
· Leverage ATS and HRIS tools to manage candidate and employee data effectively.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, or organizational development.
· Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill roles and developing internal talent.
· Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
· Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and data visualization tools.
· Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or certifications in coaching, change management, or leadership assessment.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds.
Working Environment:
- Typical indoor manufacturing environment. The noise level is usually moderate and hearing protection may be required on the production floor. Safety glasses are required on the production floor. Some out-of-town travel is required. Occasional weekend work required.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
