Job Summary\n
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN in Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n

- Provide care for laboring patients, including monitoring and administering medications.
- Assist with c-section deliveries, including pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Monitor and care for newborns immediately after delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation using CPN and Meditach systems.
- Participate actively in shared decision-making processes.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekend and call shifts.

Qualifications\n

- Current RN license with 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or CEFM.
- Experience in caring for laboring patients and newborns post-delivery.
- Proficient in documenting patient care using electronic medical records.
- Ability to float between units as needed.
- Professional, punctual, and committed to quality patient care.
