As a key leader, you’ll ensure streamlined workflows, outstanding patient care, and the highest levels of staff performance. You’ll play a critical role in creating a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and team members. What You’ll Do:Staff Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and retain top clinical and administrative talent.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify growth opportunities, and implement development plans.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely patient care.
- Manage staff schedules and clinic attendance to ensure optimal coverage.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
Exceptional Patient Experience
- Address patient concerns with respect, urgency, and a focus on delivering an excellent experience.
- Advocate for patients to ensure their journey meets the highest standards of care.
Facility & Resource Management
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure medical equipment is functioning properly.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, and conducive to quality care.
Financial Oversight
- Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage clinic financial operations, including intake, banking, and cost control.
- Drive accountability for achieving financial and operational goals.
Growth & Business Development
- Support clinic growth initiatives through capacity planning and schedule optimization.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and external partners to enhance operations.
Compliance & Safety
- Uphold adherence to all healthcare laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Implement strategies to maintain a safe and effective environment for staff and patients.
What You Bring to the Role:Required Qualifications:

Education & Credentials

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Current knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.

Experience

3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare, clinical operations, or medical practice setting.

Proven track record in staff management, including recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and retention.

Experience overseeing daily clinic operations, patient flow, and scheduling.

Strong background in financial oversight—budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and supporting growth initiatives.
