Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) – $27/hr + Shift Diff + $1,500 Bonus ???? Lancaster, NY | ???? 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 60, 90, 120 days)

Amdor LLC (Division of ISG) is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and support a safe, high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead production team on 2nd shift
• Execute daily/weekly production plans
• Drive LEAN / continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce company policies
• Allocate labor and resources for maximum efficiency
• Coordinate with shipping and customer service
• Train employees and support team development
• Report production metrics and resolve issues

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of production supervision or manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with LEAN / continuous improvement a plus
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Training

• 2–3 week hands-on training across production departments
