Pro Med Healthcare Services is currently seeking EMT'S and Paramedics for PRN and full time positions providing concierge Level Medical care to members for a private Employee Health Clinic. The Health clinics provide services for active and retired Palm Beach County Firefighters and their dependents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct initial assessments, including taking vital signs and physicals and reviewing patients’ medical history.

· Assist with or perform diagnostic procedures such as blood draws and blood pressure intakes.

· Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a physician.

· Ensure that clinic equipment and supplies are maintained and sanitized according to procedures and protocols. Assist in the preparation of exam rooms and procedure areas.

· Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and patient concerns in the patient chart.

· Work closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and professional attention.

· Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure patient confidentiality and clinic compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

EMT

• State of Florida Emergency Medical Technician Basic Certification
• CPR Certification (American Heart Association, BLS for Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers)

Paramedics

Completion of an accredited paramedic training program.

· Current paramedic certification and licensure in Florida.

· Advanced life support (ALS) and basic life support (BLS) certification.
