We are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Lebanon, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our manufacturing machines. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform machine setup and adjustments using a computer interface.
- Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure to ensure product specifications are met.
- Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform minor maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and using a tape measure.
- Basic computer skills for machine setup and operation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
