Our organization is seeking a Dental Hygienist to become part of our dedicated team.

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: 10610 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33913

Your Role

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Open to candidates with various years of clinical experience.
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Willingness to continue learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as specified by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office, doctor, or organization, with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This is a standard requirement and must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with all necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
