Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with a strong background to support an elementary school caseload. This position is located in O'Fallon, Missouri, within a well-established elementary school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Strong experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant also considered.
- Background working with elementary-aged children.
- Ability to manage an elementary school caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educational professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success plans.
