Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Bookkeeper to oversee the company's financial operation. This role reports directly to the company President. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in bookkeeping, and the ability to support multiple departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management & Administration

  • Update and manage retail sales books.
  • Track and resolve vendor discrepancies.
  • Create and manage company spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Design and update company forms, including customer contracts and legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company documentation best practices.
  • Process and track manufacturer warranty claims for timely resolution.
  • Assist with creating reports, mail merges, spreadsheets, and troubleshooting software issues.
  • Provide additional administrative support as requested by the President.

Bookkeeping & Financial Management

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile accounts and monitor cash flow to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and review invoices, financial statements, and expense reports.
  • Process payroll and manage employee timesheets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in office bookkeeping.
  • Extreme Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specializing in Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $75,000-$90,000.
