This position will range Travel to and from Lancaster, Pa Area. 40-50% of the day is traveling up to hour daily, to locations to cover, train and meet with associates and clients. Must travel daily. Company car provided.
- Full time opening for experienced person with previous supervisor and working knowledge within the housekeeping, facility cleaning and/or floor care and janitorial staff.
- We will except no less than 2-3 years current management experience and supervising a team minimum 10 -15 staff members. This is required. You must be currently working in a managerial or supervisor role, to be considered for this active role. (no less than 1 year inactive) skill set.
- Knowledge in operations, customer scope of work at site, and scheduling staff with short notice.
Positions require late morning into early evening hours. Normally 10a -7pm range. Mon-Fri with some occasional weekends, with notice. Dicipline and counsel ability will be required. Must communicate and understand staff expectations and concerns. Quick response time and ability to make sound judgements.
Must be able to work with staff, train and also provide excellent customer service relationships.
Survey and coordinate cleaning staff at multiple locations and work in very fast-paced settings.
Various other duties, including excellent communication and computer skills set. Pleasant attitude, professional presentation and willing to work side by side if needed with cleaning staff and be a mentor with a positive action. Ability to understand inventory control of items, safety training, and communication with customers in an effective business manner. Security Clearances are required with background verification.
Company car after 1 month and gas card. Valid Driver's license and ability to meet all pre hire mandatory clearances, background requirements.
