Role Summary

Provides executive-level administrative support requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Manages calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, confidential communications, office logistics, and acts as backup for other admins.


Requirements

  • 5–8 years of admin experience in large corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and flexibility.
  • Experience supporting VP/AVP-level leaders and large teams.
  • Skilled in handling confidential information, scheduling, travel, and expenses.
