Order Entry Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Specialist to join our team onsite near Bensalem, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data and customer orders. As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system
- Review and verify order details for completeness and correctness
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
