1 on 1 - CASH BASED PRACTICE - 8 Patients Scheduled per day
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve optimal physical function and alleviate pain. You will work in a dynamic environment, providing expert care in a variety of settings, including clinics, hospitals, and the patient's home. Duties:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
- Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as trigger point therapy, to help patients recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.
- Work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care in a variety of settings, including acute care, outpatient clinics, and home community care.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, incorporating new knowledge and skills into your practice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as pediatrics and orthopedics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the position is located.
- Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy.
- Experience working with patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments.
- Proficiency in a range of physical therapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and other manual therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy caseload.
