LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst located in Carlsbad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal standards. We are looking for someone with experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle count programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments. The pay for this role is between $28-$31 per hour, DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory levels across multiple locations
- Conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze inventory trends and generate reports to support operational decision-making
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock control
- Maintain inventory records in ERP systems and assist with audits as needed
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain, or related fields
- Strong Excel and data management skills; ERP system experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Position Details:
- Location: Carlsbad, CA
- Type: Direct hire role
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST
- Compensation: $28-$31 per hour DOE
