Location: McFarland / Madison, WI


Pay & Benefits

  • Pay: $32+/hour, based on experience
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 paid after successful first 90 days

What You’ll Do

As Service Manager, you’ll be the key leader for our service department, combining operations management, team development, and customer satisfaction:

  • Lead & Mentor: Coach, train, and develop technicians to deliver world-class service
  • Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, dispatching, timecards, material inventories, billing, and warranty tracking
  • Quality & Compliance: Conduct ride-alongs, inspect vehicles and tools, ensure jobs are done safely and to company standards
  • Customer Focus: Resolve complaints, guide service staff, and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Profitability & Growth: Monitor expenses, optimize efficiency, and help the department grow

What We’re Looking For

  • HVAC Experience: Skilled in residential and commercial HVAC
  • Driver Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organization, time management, and communication abilities
  • Leadership: Passion for mentoring and developing team members
  • Professionalism: Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Quality Commitment: Dedicated to delivering high-quality results and an exceptional customer experience
  • Compliance: Must pass pre-employment drug test
