One of our clients is seeking a Administrative Assistant in a public health setting.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* The Administrative Coordinator provides essential organizational, clerical, and logistical support to the Continuum of Care (CoC) and the Homeless Planning Council. This role is responsible for preparing and distributing meeting agendas, capturing accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, and ensuring all administrative processes align with Robert's Rules of Order.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANT
* Experience preparing agendas and taking formal meeting minutes, preferably in a governmental, nonprofit, or board/committee setting.
* 2 years clerical experience
* Strong working knowledge of Robert's Rules of Order and formal meeting procedures.
* Registration with the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy
* Excellent written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and maintain professionalism in sensitive discussions
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom)
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain high-quality documentation
