Staff Accountant

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: In-office | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview
DDN Interior Supply, Inc., founded in 2013, is a multi-entity interior supply and construction services company supporting manufacturing, fabrication, installation, and repair operations across residential, commercial, and public-sector projects. We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support core financial operations across DDN and its subsidiaries.
This role reports directly to the Head of Finance and plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting inventory-driven operations, assisting with payroll and HR accounting support, and contributing to audit, tax, and financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a structured, accountability-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and support daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Support inventory management, including tracking, reconciliation, and cost accuracy
- Assist with HR and payroll support, including payroll processing assistance and reporting
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records and documentation
- Assist with reconciliations, month-end close, and internal financial reporting
- Support the Head of Finance with audit preparation, tax filings, and financial reports
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Leadership to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of AP, AR, payroll support, and inventory accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Comfortable working autonomously and in a team-based environment
- Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and professional communication
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
