The specialist is expected to cover:
Manage and administer LMS platforms (FedTalent, Percipio, Totara)
Virtual training implementation
Online courseware/content development
LMS integration with third-party systems
Data migration
SCORM configuration
Power BI and LMS reporting
Help desk / user support
Workforce competency assessments
508 accessibility support
LMS modernization recommendations
Required Qualifications
10+ years with federal LMS systems
Strong technical support + web development + programming + information security
LMS platform expertise (FedTalent, Percipio, Totara)
Bachelors or Masters in IT / CS / related field
Industry certifications
Strong communication and customer support skills
This is a remote position.
