We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused High Net Worth (HNW) Insurance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering tailored insurance solutions to affluent individuals and families, ensuring comprehensive protection of their complex and high-value assets. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in personal risk management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the unique needs of high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary insurance advisor to our agents for high-net-worth clients, providing customized risk management strategies.

Assess and analyze clients’ personal and business exposures, including homes, valuables, collections, vehicles, yachts, aircraft, and liability risks.

Design and present bespoke insurance portfolios that align with clients’ financial goals and lifestyle.

Collaborate with agents and internal teams to ensure holistic client service.

Maintain strong relationships with top-tier insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and coverage.

Stay current on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting high net worth individuals.

Provide ongoing agent support such as policy reviews, renewals, and claims support with a white-glove service approach.

Educate agents on risk mitigation strategies and emerging insurance products.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clientele.

Valid insurance license(s) as required by state law (e.g., Property & Casualty).

Strong knowledge of high-value insurance products and carriers (e.g., Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client).

Proven ability to build trust and rapport with affluent clients and their advisors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
Preferred Qualifications:

CPCU, CIC, or other relevant professional designations.

Experience working in a private banking, family office, or wealth management environment.

Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
