This is a full-time position. The annual salary is $60,000. This person will oversee the operations of the spa, pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. This position requires 40 hours of work with some schedule flexibility, and previous experience in a clubhouse or property management.

As an NFC Amenity Lifestyle Director, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, creating epic lifestyle experiences to delight our residents and guests. Our Lifestyle Directors are energetic, fun, and fully dedicated to making life extraordinary for our communities.
Ultimately, your priority is to ensure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional and memorable experience from the moment they arrive at our amenities to the time they leave.
Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:
- Organize and manage monthly events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale extravaganzas.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure the delivery of the highest-quality service and products.
- Ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with all team members, management, and guests.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- High-five your team when they're awesome and give them a hand when they need it.
- Manage the approved budget, including tracking revenue and expenses for financial success.
- Ensure the facilities are clean, tidy, cozy, and always presentable.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team up with the marketing department to design and implement monthly promotions, newsletters, and a calendar of events.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Monitor service quality and make adjustments as necessary.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing information about our services, programming, and other inquiries.
- Address guests' concerns or issues professionally and courteously.
- Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
- Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.
