We are a concrete foundation company seeking full-time, entry-level construction laborers to join our team. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training.
We have been in business since 2002 and employ approximately 30 full-time team members. Unlike many construction jobs, we stay busy year-round, including winter. We work with a number of builders, with most job sites located in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh (Mars, Gibsonia, Wexford, Cranberry).

Work Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday
- Workday begins at 7:00 a.m. (sometimes 7:30 depending on the light); end times may vary
- Starting pay: $20 per hour
- Overtime opportunities available (paid at time and a half), Some Saturday Work (optional)
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
What the Job Is Like
Our work is physically demanding and performed outdoors in most weather conditions. You will be part of a team building footings and basement walls.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.

Job Responsibilities
- Unload tools and prepare building site materials
- Stack materials and set up equipment
- Follow instructions from the foreman or supervisor
- Consult construction plans
- Work with a team to build basement footing and foundation walls
- Use construction and maintenance tools to complete daily tasks
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Wear required PPE (hard hats, ear protection, gloves, safety glasses, appropriate clothing)
- Assist in building scaffolding and temporary structures
- Safely operate tools such as hammers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and rebar cutters
- Clean and clear debris
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (trade school or apprenticeships are a plus)
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift heavy loads
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Transportation Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car
- Employees are required to drive themselves to various job sites each day
