About the Role:
The Compliance Administration Supervisor will lead the administration and oversight of LDAR compliance databases and reporting systems. This role ensures data integrity, regulatory adherence, and timely reporting across all LDAR program activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in fugitive emissions, LDAR data management, and team leadership.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance with a focus in fugitive emissions
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
Education and/or
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Capable of understanding and analyzing documents like compliance & safety regulations, operational guidelines, and procedural handbooks in English. Competent in presenting information clearly to customer groups or company staff.
Minimum Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Proficiency in LDAR software platforms and compliance tracking systems (e.g., LeakDAS/SkyBridge, Guideware, Chateau).
- Strong understanding of federal environmental regulations related to LDAR.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
- Candidate must possess advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, creating complex formulas, and using various functions and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of LDAR compliance administration, including data entry, validation, reporting, and client communications.
- Maintain and oversee LDAR databases to ensure accuracy in component inventory, fugitive emissions monitoring, leak repair tracking, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with field specialists, data administrators, and resolve follow-up actions in systems like KPA and ensure timely closure of compliance tasks.
- Review and approve database modifications in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
- Lead internal QA and support clients with external inspections by regulatory agencies (e.g., EPA, TCEQ).
- Develop and implement SOPs for compliance workflows and database usage.
- Train and mentor compliance administrators and specialists on data protocols and regulatory updates.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to ensure all information is accurate and identify any potential compliance deviations. Implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical Plants or Refineries is helpful, but not necessary.
