As a Quality Coordinator, you will collaborate with Assembly, Test, and Engineering personnel to ensure First Article Inspection and Reporting to customers for new product designs. You will be responsible for the FAIR acceptance by customers for product shipment and coordinate FAIR submissions with Customer Service personnel. Your role involves working with the ERP system to retrieve product design documentation and maintain job status traceability. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly 5S data gathering, tool/equipment calibration, and record keeping with third-party service providers, as well as coordinating archival of assembly job travelers for data storage. You will also communicate with customers regarding product-related RoHS and REACH requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Assembly, Test, and Engineering personnel for First Article Inspection and Reporting.
- Ensure FAIR acceptance by customers for product shipment.
- Coordinate FAIR submissions with Customer Service personnel.
- Work with ERP system for product design documentation and job status traceability.

Work Environment
The position is located in an office environment, working primarily at a desk with occasional time spent in a noisy group setting. The role may also involve time in the warehouse/shipping area for packing/shipping outgoing DMR shipments or handling incoming products from suppliers after repair/rework.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
