Data Entry Specialist

Join a collaborative team where accuracy and attention to detail make a real impact! We’re seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our Customer Data Management (CDM) team by ensuring customer payment information is processed and applied correctly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enter and verify customer payment data with precision

  • Research and resolve payment application issues

  • Support team members with similar financial data tasks

  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all data entries

  • Use Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering) for reporting and verification

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, finance, accounts payable, or receivables

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks effectively

  • Basic Excel proficiency

Work Schedule:
Hybrid – onsite every Wednesday, remote the rest of the week.

Pay Details: $23.50 to $27.50 per hour
