An International Airline Company is seeking an experienced HR & Legal Compliance Supervisor to provide leadership, project management, and support to their HR Administrative team.

- $77,200 – $84,920 / year; Exempt
Requirements of the Human Resources & Legal Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 6+ years of HR and/or Project Management experience
- Previous supervisory and/or team leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong with numbers
Responsibilities of the Human Resources & Legal Supervisor:
- Oversee daily operations of the Benefits, Payroll, Insurance, and Legal/Compliance support functions
- Supervise and support HR administrative staff, including task prioritization, workload balancing, and performance guidance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local laws/regulations related to HR, payroll, and benefits administration
- Review and approve payroll processing, benefit enrollments, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation cases.
- Manager with external vendors, brokers, and legal counsel regarding insurance coverage, benefit plans, and compliance matters
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor HR systems and data integrity, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure process consistency across all HR operational areas
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction
- Provide as a resource for employees and management on policy interpretation, benefit options, and payroll questions
- Implement and communicate company policies (Employee Handbook, etc.) and programs effectively to staff
- Lead and participate in HR and Legal projects, driving initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and culture
- Assist with audits, reporting, and internal reviews as required
- Support HR leadership with HR and Legal projects and strategic initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned.
