Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical Electrical

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager with a focus on mission critical and electrical projects. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in managing complex electrical construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of mission critical and electrical construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to upper management.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in electrical construction management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Work Environment

The role involves managing construction projects in dynamic and often challenging environments. The position requires adherence to safety standards and may involve travel to various project sites. The work schedule may vary based on project demands.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kaukauna, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr.
