Compensation:
$60,500 - $71,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal (if certified).
- Customize massage sessions based on client needs and preferences.
- Provide a seamless and elevated spa experience aligned with our 5-star standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms and treatment spaces.
- Educate clients on aftercare and wellness practices when appropriate.
- Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Valid massage therapy license in MA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
- Professional, courteous, and guest-focused demeanor.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications: We have a growing demand for luxurious Spa Day experiences, and professionals who are dual-licensed in Massage Therapy and Esthetics are especially encouraged to apply.
