Contract | Full Time

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week hospice assignment in the Leominster/Worcester, MA area. This is a contract position with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend or on-call requirements.

Job Details:

• Setting: Hospice

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 150200 miles

• Weekly Productivity: 25 units

• Territory: Leominster/Worcester area

• Office Location: 36 Williams St, Leominster, MA 01453

• EMR: HCHB

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide, coordinate, and direct hospice care in accordance with physician orders and agency policies

• Complete home visits and assess patient condition

• Supervise Hospice Assistants and LPNs

• Update and manage plans of care every 60 days

• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts or compact state

• Minimum one year of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and required liability insurance

• Comfortable with EMR systems and basic computer use
