    Job Summary
    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

    • Greet customers professionally and provide prompt, courteous service

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

    • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and accurately

    • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests

    • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

    • Previous customer service experience preferred

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
