A specialty pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support medication distribution and patient care in Evansville, IN. This contract role offers a focused setting where delivering excellent customer service and accurate medication dispensing are top priorities.
Schedule:
- Tuesday, December 23, 2025: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- Wednesday, December 24, 2025: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- Friday, December 26, 2025: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (8.5 hours)
- Wednesday, December 31, 2025: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- Friday, January 2, 2026: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (8.5 hours)
- Monday, January 5, 2026 Thursday, January 29, 2026 (Weekdays with similar hours; total 222 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers accurately and efficiently.
- Counsel patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Indiana pharmacist license.
- Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred.
