We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the continued growth of EZ Melts, one of the fastest-growing vitamin and supplement brands in the digital marketplace. This is a Hybrid position after the first 90 days of onboarding and orientation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic brand builder who can balance creativity with performance and bring together brand storytelling, product innovation, and e-commerce excellence.
What You'll Own:
✅ Brand strategy and positioning
✅ New product launches from concept to market
✅ Amazon, Walmart.com, and DTC growth initiatives
✅ Creative direction across digital channels
✅ Email marketing and customer retention strategies
✅ Performance analytics, forecasting, and budget management
✅ Cross-functional leadership with Product Development, Creative, Regulatory, and E-commerce teams
We're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of brand management experience
✔ Strong e-commerce and DTC experience (Shopify required)
✔ Experience with Amazon and online marketplace growth
✔ Proven success launching consumer products
✔ Strong analytical and creative capabilities
✔ Experience in supplements, wellness, or CPG is a plus
