Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the spring term at an elementary school in Vancouver, WA. This role offers the opportunity to manage a caseload focused on elementary students, providing direct in-person speech therapy services. The position is seasonal, beginning in March 2026 (with potential for an earlier start) and concluding on June 17, 2026.
Key qualifications include:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- CCC-SLP credential preferred
- Eligible candidates may include those in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to manage individual caseload independently
- Comfortable delivering services in-person
- No supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) required for this role
Location:
- Elementary school setting in Vancouver, Washington
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with educational staff and families to support student communication goals
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
