Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the spring term at an elementary school in Vancouver, WA. This role offers the opportunity to manage a caseload focused on elementary students, providing direct in-person speech therapy services. The position is seasonal, beginning in March 2026 (with potential for an earlier start) and concluding on June 17, 2026.

Key qualifications include:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • CCC-SLP credential preferred
  • Eligible candidates may include those in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children
  • Ability to manage individual caseload independently
  • Comfortable delivering services in-person
  • No supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) required for this role

Location:

  • Elementary school setting in Vancouver, Washington

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborating with educational staff and families to support student communication goals
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly

This role offers a full-time schedule during the school term, providing a focused opportunity to contribute to student development within a supportive school environment.
