Job Description
GLS Staffing is hiring Production Workers / Concrete Patchers for a precast concrete facility in Denver, NC.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Patch cracks, holes, and surface defects on precast concrete panels.</li>
<li>Strip and prepare concrete forms for production.</li>
<li>Stain or paint panels as needed.</li>
<li>Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Work outdoors in all weather conditions and on ladders when required.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Steel-toe boots required.</li>
<li>Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors year-round.</li>
<li>Experience with concrete, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints is a plus.</li>
</ul>
Schedule
<ul>
<li>Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM</li>
<li>Overtime available</li>
<li>Temp-to-Hire</li>
<li>Benefits available upon permanent hire</li>
