With a tight, focused group across investment and operations, this role offers meaningful exposure and visibility across the firm.
THE ROLE
The firm is seeking a dependable, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the team with a blend of administrative responsibilities and Office Management. While you will take ownership of the administrative function, you’ll work closely with a group that values clear communication and strong working relationships. This role offers high visibility, daily interaction with leadership, and the opportunity to play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fully in‑office environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in maintaining a polished, efficient, and well‑run workspace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for team members
- Assist with domestic travel bookings and itinerary preparation
- Prepare, process, and track expense reports
- Support leadership with ad hoc tasks and small administrative projects
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well‑maintained, efficient environment
- Serve as a main point of contact for vendors, building management, and service providers
- Maintain office supplies, meeting room readiness, mail, deliveries, and general office flow
- Greet visitors and provide a professional front‑of‑house presence
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires
- Support internal communications and light document preparation
- Provide broad administrative and operational support as needed across the business
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and comfortable supporting a team in a fast‑paced, professional office environment. You will excel in this role if you are organized, communicative, and enjoy being the go‑to resource for operational needs.
The strongest candidates bring:
- 4+ years of Administrative Assistant or office support experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and composure
- A positive, professional, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Comfort working 5 days per week in the Boston office
- A polished, professional demeanor
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary starting at: $100,000 - $120,000
- Fully in‑office, Monday–Friday
