We're seeking motivated and driven Loan Officers to join our growing mortgage lending team. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in identifying the best mortgage loan options based on their financial needs and goals
- Collect and review financial documents including income, assets, credit reports, and tax returns
- Guide borrowers through the loan application and pre-approval process
- Maintain consistent communication with borrowers, realtors, processors, and underwriters throughout the loan process
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationship building
- Stay informed about current lending guidelines, loan products, and market conditions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations
Qualifications:
- Active NMLS License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous mortgage, sales, or financial services experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and generate new business
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
