We recently expanded to Louisville, CO, and we’re looking for a Client Experience Associate to help us build strong client relationships and deliver 5-star service at our growing new location. WHAT YOU'LL DO- Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out with warmth and professionalism- Support providers throughout the day by coordinating schedule flow and prep- Handle POS transactions, rebooking, and promote skincare product sales- Maintain a clean, polished retail area and front desk environment- Stock, organize, and merchandise retail products- Open/close the clinic and assist with daily operationsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 1-3 years experience in a front desk or client service role (medspa/spa/healthcare preferred)- Strong multitasker with excellent communication and organizational skills- Tech-comfortable and detail-oriented- Passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry and helping others feel great- Excellent communicator with strong people and sales skills- Organized, self-motivated, and excited by metrics and results- Local to Louisville, CO and available for on-site workWORK HOURS- Full Time Including Evenings and Weekends
