Responsibilities:
- Provide health care services in patient’s residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or the hospital
- Assist with client’s personal care activities
- Assist patients with mobility
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
- Reporting to nurses about patient’s health status
Requirements:
- HHA/PCA Certificate (Active)
- If no Certificate - willingness to obtain certification before start date
