ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented CSSP Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for all project task orders and oversee the successful execution of our Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) program. In this role, you will leverage your subject matter expertise, leadership skills, and process improvement capabilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that consistently exceed expectations. The ideal candidate for this role will hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. This position is dependent on contract award.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project task orders, ensuring the delivery of services is of the highest quality and consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the CSSP, as well as in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and policies across both commercial and government sectors that may impact the CSSP program.
  • Oversee all aspects of team management, including Customer Engagement, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Finance, Inventory, Assessment Support, System Administration, and Procurement/Purchasing to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success and continuity.
  • Provide daily supervision and clear direction to personnel across all functional areas, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Continuously analyze and propose enhancements to customer support and the delivery of CSSP services, driving ongoing improvements in service quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Cybersecurity required
  • Required Experience: Six (6) years of experience in a related role
  • Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • Strong expertise in process improvement, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, and organizational management practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
