Our client, a manufacturing facility is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, have machine operating experience, and be dependable, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Lititz, PA
Pay: $18.50+/hr + $1 shift differential (19.50)
Shift: Night shift 7p-7a yearly calendar provided- 2 weeks training on day shift
Position Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Blow Molding or Injection Molding equipment to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate molding machines and auxiliary equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production output and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
