Field Operations Specialist II - Saratoga Springs, Utah

Job DescriptionWage: $25 - $30 per hourWhat You’ll Do:

• Assist with fiber construction, including drops to residential and commercial properties

• Perform trenching and specialty installations as needed

• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely and efficient project completion

• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment

• Track daily schedules and manage multiple projects using project management software

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order

• Support the team manager in assigning and supervising tasks

• Be available for occasional overtime

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in fiber construction or installation (preferred but not required)

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Understanding of fiber networks and ability to read build plans

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude

• Fiber splicing experience is a plus

• Must be able to commute to Saratoga Springs, UT

• PPE and tools provided
