We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fry Cook / Kitchen Utility to support daily kitchen and bar prep operations. This role is hands-on and varied, ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, consistency, and teamwork.

This is a full-time, non-tipped hourly position with stable hours.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen & Food
• • Fry and plate tapas and small plates to spec
  • Maintain fryer quality, oil rotation, and station cleanliness
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Bar Prep
• • Prepare fresh juices (pineapple, citrus, ginger, etc.)
  • Batch house syrups according to recipes
  • Label, date, and store all prep properly
• Cleaning & Organization
• • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
  • Wash dishes as needed
  • Clean prep areas and equipment
  • Clean restrooms during shifts as needed
  • Complete opening and closing cleaning duties
• Inventory Support
• • Track prep levels and low stock items
  • Assist with inventory counts and organization

Qualifications

• Kitchen or prep experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)
• Strong cleanliness and food safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight
• Comfortable working in an LGBTQ+ inclusive environment
• Able to Open and Close. The bar closes latest 12:30AM.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
